With our friends, Dwight and Rosalyn Ladd at their home in IndianaMonday, June 29…Left Piedmont at 6:30 a.m. after delaying the trip 1 day because of heat…Jerry did not want to take chances pulling the RV in 100+ degree heat, etc. so instead of leaving Sunday, we left Monday and drove to Illinois to reconnect with Dwight and Rosalyn Ladd, a wonderful couple we met while traveling in Alaska 2 years ago. It was our first time to really spend time with them and we had a wonderful time. They have a beautiful home with acreage and a lake and we had a fabulous supper and the best time visiting with them…the dogs loved it also as they had lots and lots of space to run and chase squirrels and birds and just sniff around. The picture is taken at the Ladd's...what a beautiful place they have!!!
